  • Explain and be able to apply the law of conservation of angular momentum for 2-dimensional rotation.
  • Recognize appropriate points to calculate angular momentum about.
  • Explain the meaning of angular impulse.
  • Be able to analyze problems involving angular impulse and changing angular momentum.
