Lecture Topics

On a chalkboard, a circle is drawn on the right and next to it a spiral. A pink arrow, labeled x, connects them. Having come to the end of this course, and previously worked through the prerequisite courses starting from a very basic level, you now hopefully have a new view of the world around you. This lecture explores the application of physics in areas of life ranging from the cosmic to the local and musical. Hopefully, you will see that an understanding of physics adds enjoyment and satisfaction to life, and that you now have such understanding on a level that can be applied to a variety of interesting real-world situations.
